With over two decades of experience, he has a strong background in investigations and fraud control, provider network management, operations, health claims, and process transition.
Having led the investigation and fraud control units for two prominent Health Insurance TPAs in India, he has also worked for multinational corporations and leading TPAs in both India and the UAE. As an associate member of ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA), which is globally recognized for its expertise in fraud control, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Additionally, he is a trained and tested Six Sigma professional, well-versed in methodologies such as DMAIC, LEAN (Gen 1 & Gen 2), TTT-level 1, BELS, HIPAA, ICD 9, ICD 10, CPT, and DRG coding. His expertise in these areas adds significant value to the organization’s operations.

Furthermore, he has a Master’s in Business Administration from IMT, Ghaziabad, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration from YMCA, Delhi.
